PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF TRANSPORT DAMAGE

In case of damage during transport (damaged packaging, missing product…), you must imperatively:

  • indicate the condition of the CONTENT (example: crushed, unusable goods), the NUMBER of damaged packages on the transport receipt at the time of delivery, refuse the package if necessary
  • and contact us within 24 hours so that we can carry out the procedures by registered letter to the carrier within 48 hours imposed by the transport code.

These conditions are necessary to preserve your rights.

Good to know : Take pictures, this could be useful in case of dispute.
The mention subject to unpacking is useless: it is not valid in the carrier’s code. Be very specific in the reservations about the condition of the goods.
